1. Who we are
trackmydeadlines is operated by Strival Limited, trading as Flexal, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13167388. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.
You can contact us at hello@flexal.co.uk.
2. What the service does
trackmydeadlines lets you add UK company details, view Companies House and HMRC-related deadlines, add VAT return deadlines, and receive email reminders before those deadlines.
We use public Companies House information and simplified deadline rules to generate reminders. You should always check official Companies House and HMRC services before filing or paying anything.
3. Not professional advice
The service is an administrative reminder tool. It is not legal, accounting, tax, company secretarial, or professional advice.
You remain responsible for checking your deadlines, filing documents, paying tax, and getting professional advice where needed. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, missed filings, rejected filings, or other losses caused by relying only on reminders shown or sent by the service.
4. Your account
You sign in using a one-time email link. You must use an email address you control and keep access to that email account secure.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of any company numbers, VAT settings, reminder preferences, and notes you add.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- try to access another person's account or data;
- interfere with the service, its security, or its suppliers;
- send malicious, misleading, or unlawful content; or
- scrape, overload, or misuse our systems or the Companies House API.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the service where needed, including to maintain security, fix errors, or reflect changes in law or third-party services.
7. Email reminders
Reminder emails depend on the email address and reminder preferences in your account, as well as third-party email delivery. A reminder may be delayed, blocked, filtered as spam, or not delivered.
Not receiving a reminder does not remove your responsibility to meet a filing, payment, or other deadline.
8. Charges
The service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you before any charge applies.
9. Intellectual property
We own or license the service, including its design, software, text, branding, and other materials. You may use it only as allowed by these terms.
You keep ownership of the information you add to your account, but you give us permission to use it to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
10. Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, created a security risk, misused the service, or if we need to do so to comply with law.
You can ask us to close your account by contacting us at hello@flexal.co.uk.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, tax penalties, late filing penalties, interest, or losses caused by inaccurate public records, third-party services, or your failure to check official sources.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the date above. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to tell account holders.
